Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. If cancelled within the 24 hours, a 20% fee will be charged according to the booked service. No-show one time, charged 50% fee of booked service and put on the DO NOT BOOK list. If you arrive late to your appointment, your service may be shortened in order to be fair to clients after you. NO EXCEPTIONS
